Rossy,where are you situated? I'm not sure how common Yellowhammers are around Angus cos I wasn't really looking for them at the time but would be interesting to know their geographical distribution.

Jackaroo  | Where you live could be good habitat for them, it certainly is where I live. I'm seeing small flocks now so keep an eye out for them. You'll probably start seeing them everyday.
In bad weather they come into the garden for food, so keep your feeders stocked up. |

They are a Red data list species and a priority biodiversity action plan species.
