Any ideas? Isle of Arran

Spotted this Bird of Prey on the Isle of Arran around the end of september, wonderful bird, not sure what it is? can anyone help identify please?

It's a Common Buzzard.

Thanks for getting back, it was great seeing them. There were about 3 pairs in the same area. In Lochranza in the North of the island, there was a pair of golden eagles with young. We saw them from a locals garden but were to far away to photograph. fabulous place to see wildlife. lots of red deer and stags rutting. thanks again for your help. Alex
