| | | Grey Heron with Pike
Hi all.
Caught this sequence of a Grey heron with a Pike today, or at least I think it's a Pike.
The Heron caught the fish but he/she also managed to get a stick in it's beak as well. The look on this birds face was a treat to see. It couldn't decide how it was going to swallow the fish with a stick in it's beak as well. (The photos will explain)
After deliberating for several minutes it dropped both the fish and the stick and quick as a flash grabbed the fish again and proceeded to swallow it.
