Marsh or Willow?

My final (I think) request for help with an old photo I have never been sure about. These shots were taken in Cornwall during the freeze in January 2010. But are these birds (and they may be different birds) Marsh or Willow tits? And, I am sorry, but I did not catch any of their calls. Any help appreciated.

Well I suspect they are all the same bird. If I had to stick my neck out I would say Marsh Tit as I can't see a white wing panel.

It's a Marsh Tit. The cheek pattern is distinctive. Don't rely too much on wing panel, and cap gloss/bib size is total guff. You can also make out the bill spot on one pic. In addition, I think Willows are effectively extinct in Cornwall.
