Raddes Warbler

A few days ago on random images I saw a pic of a raddes with someone holding it for ringing, it was at Landguard common, I cannot seem to be able to find it in the gallery, I wondered if someone may remember who took the photo.

The reason I ask is because this looks exactly like the bird I saw that I must of wrongly id as a yellow browed warbler
I saw the date of the photo was taken on 12-10 and I saw my bird on the 17-10 and I live the other end of the orwell river to Landguard.

If anyone can help me find the pic I would be grateful As I'm sure I saw a raddes and not a ybw.

ybw much more common. eye stripe yellow and not on Radde's obviously

did the eyestripe go back that far?

As I only saw the bird for a second or two what I remember is the eye stripe and plain back.
What are the chances of it following the river inland about 12 miles?
When I saw this pic the other day I said to myself "thats the little bird I saw" I didn't realise it was a raddes caught only a few miles away.

Although YB warblers have a noticeable eye stripe they also have wingbars and if your bird did not show these then that should rule out a YB Warbler

That is a dreadful picture of a Radde's warbler. It's way too yellow. The actual eyestipe on a Radde's is light buff at best.
