Buzzard/Sidcup

6 days in a row now, looks like I have a Buzzard that has taken a fancy to my farm. He/she doesn't like me getting too close sadly, but its roosting in the same place every night so I've taken to walking the dogs half hour earlier each night to avoid disturbing it.
Twice its left the tree and settled on my newly sown grass ley some 200yards away, and refuses to move until I'm out of sight, on both of these occasions it was close to dark.
Its proper exciting
I'd be interested to hear if Dave P (pressld2) has seen it about our part of Kent.

As I said on another thread, even though they are pretty common I never tire of them, magnificent birds - lucky you!

I have no idea where you live Rob, but I promise, they are not common round this neck of the woods.
