Treecreeper on feeder

First time Ive ever seen this, is it common?

Might be an interesting exercise to see if it is pecking at the nuts or probing for insects.

That's the first time I've seen a Trecreeper on a feeder, though at the same time it doesn't really surprise me. I've certainly seen other small insectivorous birds such as Goldcrests use them.

(Has anyone noticed whether their feeder attracts spiders etc?)

I found my nut feeders also contained loads of earwigs probably because it hangs in the apple tree which is always crawling with earwigs,"yuk"
but great for all the insect feeding birds it attracts
