This morning the garden contained,7 blackbirds,1 blackcap,6 longtailed tits,1 robin,bluetits,greattits,coaltits chaffinch,bullfinch,greenfinch,starlings ,sparrows,crow, magpie, sparrowhawk,
all gone!! |

do you mean that they were all roosting there over night and that they had gone when you posted this?
or that they were all feeding and have by then moved on? i should think that feeding is the first thing on anybirds agenda in the mornings (especially in this weather), and then they move on to do other things, or feed else where?

all happily feeding when the final bird on the list arrived, the Sparrow Hawk
they then all disappeared in fright |

What a sight.. you lucky devil. 
The best I get is a couple of sparrows, and odd greenfinch and If I'm really lucky a blackbird.. |

One buzzard insisted on perching on the side of the drive. Twice today, when returning home he flew away from the tree just yards infront of me. Also, two GS Woodies, and 2 Kites, plus the usual suspects. | | |
