| | | Tree Sparrows I have been very fortunate over the last few weeks to have up to 30 tree sparrows in my garden, apparently feeding on something in/on the lawn. Does anyone have any ideas what it might be? Its not the bird seed as the TS are not under the feeders, the lawns are not fertilised or anything like that so are full of weeds. Any ideas. Im intrigued. |

| | | Re: Tree Sparrows They feed quite heavily on grass seeds so this is almost certainally what they are feeding on. Most grass is in seed or ending its seed season at the moment. |

The OP stressed they had a weedy lawn, so isn't intensively managed. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
