either a juvenile sedge warbler.... or a dunnock. the pattern on my back swings me towards the former, the habitat its in the latter.

Hi it was in our back garden by the feeder, we get plenty of Dunnocks, but none that look like this, thanks. |

Agree with RKB, Common Whitethroat - the rufous colouring on the wing (among other features) make it that rather than Lesser . It'll be moving through on migration so may only be with you for a few minutes, a few hours or a couple of days.
