grebe or diver?
Can anyone tell me what this is? Seen at reservoir near Barrhead, Glasgow diving near the shore at dusk.

Yes, juvenile GC Grebe - undergoing partial post juvenile moult of head feathers. The head stripes will virtually disappear late autumn into winter.
