A leucistic Buzzard. Buzzards are very variable in plumage + this is a rather pale one. Structurally wrong for a Hen Harrier + plumage is different.

Always exciting to see such a pale buzzard. I've got one locally and I do a double take everytime I see it.

its a buzzard they are very variable in plumage colour from dark brown to pale white.

thanks guys,the pic was taken just outside crossmicheal in dumfries and gallowayin the borders,scotland.
