Unknown Bird - Water Pipit?

I saw this bird being very teritorial in Oxford a few weeks back. A colleague of mine thinks its a Water pipit, I think so too. Are we right? Is it usual over here this time of year?

Your bird is a juvenile Yellow Wagtail.

I thought it was a juvenile Grey Wagtail but I'm happy to be corrected. Wouldn't a Yellow Wagtail be a bit more olivey coloured on the back?

Thanks guys. Looking at the book Juv. Yellow Wagtail is the more likely... There was a family of greys outside of my work that I watched and photographed earlier in the year and the young didn't look like that.

Either way I'm happy I saw it especially if its a yellow, I haven't seen one of them before - or at least not for ages.
