You're looking for the birds seen in the skies. Moreover, the very first one that you see when you decide to look.
I think what prompted me to start this thread was the fact that whenever I do a spot of birdwatching and look upwards, it's invariably a Wood Pigeon that I see first.
I wondered what other people would see.
