Turkey Eggs
Hi All

Why don't you see Turkey eggs for sale in shops? Are they too strong in taste to be palatable or don't they produce enough eggs?

Don't know about turkey eggs but a friend did some work on a pheasantry and brought us back trays of eggs, they were delish. Quite small and pointy, pretty bluey colours.

Apparently Turkeys dont breed very well and all the eggs produced are required for replenishing their stock.

Reason I know this is I wanted to know the answer a year ago and did some research. Fraid by now the links are long lost to me.
