| | | Anyone been to Exminster Marshes? Hi guys. Has anyone on here been to Exminster marshes and if you have what did you see? Ive been a few times and best ive seen is a bewicks swan. But soon i'll be goin to try and spot the merlins that come for winter. |

I haven't been for a while, but I do remeber seeing rafts of mergansers, hundreds of Black-tailed Godwits and Avocets. Best bird there though were the Cirl Buntings that hang around with the Yellowhammer flocks in the fields on the right when you walk out along the canal.
I also remember it being the coldest place I've ever been birding, and I've been to North Norfolk, Dungeness, Lincolnshire coast, and Farlington Marshes in the depths of winter.
