Feather ID please

The feather was found in my back garden in east London.

We get the usual garden birds on the feeders and we are close to a cemetery so there is a lot of open space and trees around.

We get some gulls around, but rarely young ones, which was my first thought.

Or could it be from a sparrowhawk? Occasionally we see them in and over the garden.

Definite Green Woodpecker.

If you look closely there will be a tinge of green on the leading edge.

Thanks RKB. I did not spot the green tinge until you mentioned it and it would fit with our location. During the spring and summer there is rarely a day goes by without hearing green woodpeckers calling.
