| | | Compare the bird food I have been a bit bored at work (not a lot to do at the moment) so I've been working on a spreadsheet this morning comparing 9 items you may use in a bird food mix, various bird food straights (sunflower hearts, peanuts etc) & a few mixes at different weights & working out their price per kilo. It's not all encompassing, doesn't include delivery charges & it only covers 6 sites (there are so many differrent categories & types that it got a bit boring & I lost the will to live after a while ), but it gives a rough idea & it may help some people decide where they source their bird food.
I don't know if I'm allowed to post such stuff or I'm not even sure I go about pasting a table from Excel (if I even can?).
Can anyone tell me if I can do this? Don't want to get into trouble. Moderators?

| | | Re: Compare the bird food if its small enough to fit on one screen you could take a screenshot (PrtSc, to the right of the 'f' keys) and then paste it to an image program such as paint or photoshop , then trim it up, save it and upload it to the Gallery. i'm sure there's a better way but this is a nice simple technique

| | | Re: Compare the bird food Interesting.
I use Pets at Home for other stuff, so glad they are in the running somewhere.

| | | Re: Compare the bird food Well, Cowgirl, I don't know about `have no life', but I think a lot of people would be interested in this.
In fact, I suspect that some national newspapers may have paid researchers to do this sort of thing - at a considerable cost.
Here, you've made it available for nothing. Perhaps you should offer it to a rag somewhere ? |
