| | | Re: birds for ID please i think its the way the light is composed, it does appear to have a brown cap but everything else points to it being a chiffchaff - doesn't have the general appearance of a Sylvia warbler

| | | Re: birds for ID please It also seems to have no eye, but, like the borwn cap (which I struggle to make out), it's an illusion.
