| | | Sandpiper? Hello,
We went to Rye Mead yesterday and whilst in one of the hides I spotted this little fella on the far bank. The photo is heavily cropped (hence the bad quality), but, being a novice, I cannot tell whether it is a Common Sandpiper or not. I there someone here who can give me a positive ID please.
Thank you

Thank you so much for the ID and your swift response :>) I always like to name the bird, even if it is a bad photo lol.
