urgent need help with baby sparrow

neighbors cat just bought baby sparrow in but not killed it the neighbors have brought it round to me i have put it in a close box with air holes in what can i feed it i have dried meal-worms and seeds i have put a hot water bottle in a cushion under the box to give it heat

i have look on many web sights and spoke to my local vet got the info i need contacted the local bird rehab but no one has got back will keep you all up dated and now taking him/her to vet for a injection cause they have said the cat may have give him/her something looks like im lookin after him/her for tonight

Do you have any germoline until you can see a vet, the cats teeth are full of bacteria and the bird will certainly die, just spread on the antiseptic as quick as you can

also nip to the shop and get a satchet of catmeat, plus some mixer biscuits, soak the biscuits in water until moist and mix with the cat meat, at least he'll get some nutrients down him if hes a baby
