| | | baby blackbird hi just found a baby blackbird which had fell out of a bush in my garden dont know how long it had been there but looked very weak as it had a fair few feathers on ileft it and kept my eye on it for about an hour the femail bird kept flying down to it but it was not moving. i went back out after an hour to find the bird had fell over on the ground but it was still breathing i have put init in a box with some paper but dont know whether to put it back in the garden.can anybody help |

| | | Re: baby blackbird You should never remove baby birds when parent bird is about. You could have placed it off the ground into nearby bush parent birds will find it. I think after taken it in this young blackbird will unfortunately die. |
