Can anyone ID this bird please?

When I took this pic today, I thought it was a magpie way up in a tree, preening itself. But now I see the photo.. it obviously isn't!
Can anyone identify it for me please?

You've got a fledgling Magpie, out of the nest a week or two I'd say.
We have dozens at the same stage around the house at the moment.

OK, I bow to superior knowledge! I didn't realise the young ones had pale blue wing feathers! I'm quite pleased with the photo now! Thanks to you both, and to Astra for uploading the pic for me.

Yes young magpie,it all depends how the light reflects onto the the feathers,they can look black and white or with the right angle of light very blue/turqoise.
