I snapped this one yesterday in a long stand of goat willow. At first sight, I thought it was a female blackcap because of the brown head. Now I am unsure. The brown is not actually a cap, the beak seems wrong, as does the tail shape. 
I am sure that it will tun out to be something completely mundane but the angle is not easy, and I could not get another shot.

looks like a finch of some sort, perhaps female greenfinch

I'm going for a female Chaffinch.I best explain myself,I thought the bill,looked a bit fine from that angle.
