Kingfishers in Kent?
Does anyone know where I might see a kingfisher in Kent? I have seen a flash go by a few times in my life but would love to get a better viewing.

Hi,

I recently got a good view in Kelsey Park, Beckenham. It was an early morning visit and got a pretty good view of one sitting on it's perch.

I don't always see them but if you are nearby it's a nice park with a heronry and some mandarin and Muscovy ducks. Also bolshy squirrels that will take food from your hand and follow you around.
