Oriental Pratincole
I often take a look on the local bird club web site "Lincolnshire bird club" and this little beauty seems to be causing quite a stir. Here's a link to some gent's blog with some very nice pictures.

They are stunning birds. I remember seeing one in Norfolk just over a decade ago.

this must be the same beauty that wabber john photgraphed at frampton marsh last week in the bird of the day thread, beautifull bird, great shots from lincs, closer shots than john was able to obtain.
