Robin family

I am currently pretty much house bound until at least the end of the month. Pretty frustrating with a Canon 7D to get to know and all the new birds arriving.

Fortunately, our garden birds have provided plenty of entertainment and I have been able to snap them either from the back door or through the kitchen french windows.

We are enjoying a robin family of two parents and three chicks. Here is one of the parents



This parent is near the feeders



They are very territorial. Here, I was trying to snap a goldfinch when the robin rocketed in and knocked it off its perch - it does this with goldfinches as well and is no respecter of size
