| | | Re: Cetti's warbler Cetti's Warbler is still a very scarce bird in Lincolnshire - scarce enough for the Lincolnshire Bird Club to request that all records are submitted to the Lincolnshire Bird recorder (and with a full description required before the record will be considered for acceptance).
I believe that they are being seen more often in Lincolnshire though, and their are also records further north (eg. a few as far north as Lancashire and Northumberland, + at least one in Scotland). |

| | | Re: Cetti's warbler I've seen/heard Cetti's at Far Ings in the north of the county. They are certainly spreading north, with birds at Leighton Moss in Lancs recently too.

| | | Re: Cetti's warbler There seem far less Chetti's this Spring at Minsmere, well to my untutored ear. I presume the winter hardship has done for them.

(ditto Stonechats) | I was at Minsmere 3 weeks ago + Cetti's Warblers seemed to be calling all over the place.
Didn't see any Stonechats though- I rarely see more than a pair or two along the coastal strip. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
