Bird's egg ID please

I live in a rural area and found a light green (more green thatn blue) egg on the path at side of house, no evidence of a nest close by. It is 39mm long and 29mm wide. Too big for a Starling or any kind of Thrush I think but have no idea what else. I don't have a photo but am sure it is the same as the 4th egg down in the left column on the following linked photo of replica eggs.

Hi,
The egg in the picture you refer to appears to be a starlings egg. However, you say that the egg appears to be bigger and greener than the one in the picture. With you living in a rural area, and the egg having no markings, the one that springs to mind is partridges egg. There is no partridge egg in the attached picture and its measurement matches.
