Might a leucistic blackbird mate successfully?
I've been asked this question by a neighbour who has seen an all-white blackbird around her garden. Apparently this bird has been featured in a local paper but if so I've missed it!

I understand they may be picked out by predators or possibly set upon by their own species but is there any possibility it might find a mate?
