| | | Aggressive swan on The One Show Hi am just watching The One Show & a report about a swan being overly aggressive, attacking anything & everything even tho they are quite a ways from its nest. Have just seen it trying to take on a cabin cruiser!
If it keeps this up it'll do itself an injury.

| | | Re: Aggressive swan on The One Show Swans are all bluff!
I've stood my ground on a path with an aggressive cob. It hissed and puffed itself up and when I held my finger out it had a good chew on it. Their beaks are weak - they eat soft vegetation and don't need to have strong muscles - with very small teeth that just feel rough.

Jim | Ah good on yer! Must admit, never had experience of a swan so wasn't sure At least now I know, but if I get strangled (by their necks), or my arm broken I'm coming for you ....Just hang on a minute while I sharpen me dentures!!
