| | | Matt Blue Eggs Hi,
I wonder if someone can help?
We were cutting back our rather large pampus grass and exposed a beautifully constructed nest inside it, it has 3 small plain matt blue eggs. Needless to say we stopped immediatly and have covered the nest over and the bird remains undisturbed.
Can anyone identify the bird by the colour of the eggs please? |

| | | Re: Matt Blue Eggs Sounds like they are dunnock eggs (hedge sparrow), you should expect there to be 5 or 6 when the bird stops laying. |
