Wonderful Colours
I normally think of the Starling as a pretty boring bird to look at. Yes I do know the feathers are irridescent but I think the colours of this one seen in Central London yesterday are superb. The sun and breeding condition certainly helped

Saw this one and quite a few others, venturing into the water round a pond to retrieve bread thrown to ducks.
