| | | Starlings fall out of the sky (Bristol) I missed the local news but apparently a flock of Starlings were found dead in Bristol having just fallen out of the sky! does anyone have the full information? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/somerset/8609186.stm
These explanations were poopooed by rspb

They apparently dived into the ground and a lot were killed but I cannot believe that they just made a mistake as was suggested by wildlife "experts" in the paper.
Where I come from we spell "Xspirt" phonetically. A "spirt" is a drip under pressure and "X" is the unknown quantity.
