| | | lucky escape from a sparrowhawk as i was about to park the car 2 birds flew right into a bush, it happend that fast but could see the second bird was larger, sure enough after a few moments out came a male sparrowhawk without the lucky song thrush who waited a good 5 mins before coming out, rossy. |

My female Sprawk took a collared dove on next door neighbours lawn yesterday, she was so fast and so big that she took it with her when disturbed (by me coming in, in the car), didn't have a chance.
