| | | Robins on eggs Well, we have had a pair of robins nest building this past week in an open fronted box in our garden on an ivy covered wall (unfortunately, no camera in this box). Look like the female is now on eggs.
Anyone else have nesting robins yet?
Cheers,
Steve Garden Wildlife

| | | Re: Robins on eggs Yes, we've got a robin on the nest, sitting on her eggs. The nest is about 6 feet from the ground in an ivy we have growing in a pot on a table - the nest was made by wrens last year.... very exciting - she's been there for a week or so now.
I'm not sure how long it will be until the eggs hatch.... |

| | | Re: Robins on eggs Noticed a Robin feeding another Robin the other day and today one is gathering moss.I have a few boxes around the garden, and wicker ones in the ivy. The Robin has started adding nesting material to it. they have used these in the past. Hope he impresses the female with it when it is ready
