| | | Bramblings still here I stopped putting food out in my garden a week ago, but as it's getting quite cold again I put some out a few hours ago. I thought the Bramblings I had visiting all Winter had long gone, but I've just seen 2. Are these late on migrating back or is this the norm? I was quite surprised to see them, but I'm glad I put food out again to fuel them up for their journey.

| | Re: Bramblings still here Why did you stop feeding? This is the time of year that natural resources are at their lowest.
Personally I feed round the year.
You're certainly lucky having Bramblings! |

| | | Re: Bramblings still here I stopped feeding because the goldfinches, siskins and redpolls dissapeared and all I was getting was chaffinches and 4 reed buntings. In hindsight I should have kept going, but I was pre-occupied feeding up at my hide. I'll not stop again now, a bit silly of me I think.
