Bird ID, please
Saw this fella at the Dungeness RSPB place, as I was taking the picture I thought Cormorant, but all the pictures I seen of Cormorants the colouring is different from this, so know I'm not so sure, I have wondered if it's a youngster or something different

You are right, its a cormorant but its in breeding plumage which might not be illustrated

Agreed, the first time I saw one in breeding, I assumed it was partially leucistic!
