Unidentified Bird in Garden

Can anyone tell me what this bird is? I have taken these photos from window but have had to enlarge them a lot so detail is poor. The bird is about the size of a great tit. When feeding it occasionally flicks its tail rapidly up and down. I have a vague idea of what I suspect it is, but won't say here so as not to influence you!

That is what I was thinking, but surprised to see one in my garden.
Confirmation came a bit later when a male Reed Bunting came into my garden too!

They are very common in Asia i visited India last year i saw them every where
