| | | Yesterday's Treecreeper I got lucky at RSPB Arne yesterday, three treecreepers flying around, singing, chasing each other, landing here there and everywhere. Man are they difficult birds to photograph well though! These with my Sony 500mm reflex.

| | | Re: Yesterday's Treecreeper Great shots, Nigel. When I was a kid, living in a village in the middle of nowhere (slight exaggeration there) we saw Treecreepers most years, but haven't seen one for about 30, until a few weeks ago that is. I decided to sit in my garden and just watch what was about (haven't done that for ages) and in the big Oak Tree that is just over the fence, I saw a Treecreeper, fly into it. No way could I have got my camera out, as it was only there maybe 20 seconds. It spiraled up three of the main trunks and then flew off. I felt quite chuffed, if I'm honest with you! That was just one, you had three! | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
