Meal worms
I have fed these to birds (and injured bats) for several years. Has anyone got experience of keeping them on to pupate and breed? Just thought it might be interesting to try this. Comments welcome.

We used to breed them - but when our old boiler had to be replaced, we no longer had a suitable (warm) place for the "breeding chambers" - ie plastic buckets. Our gas bills are now much lower - and we buy our mealworms! I'll PM you with some details.
