Please can anyone ID this bird prey seen over heathland in New Forest this morning? It was large and not seen one before. Sorry photos poor quality but hope enough to ID

Thank you everyone for the ID knew you would help  Wasnt sure if a Hen Harrier as did not think would get these in New Forest. It was wonderful to watch
