Bird ID help

I am trying to identify a recent visitor to my garden, who has appeared most days for the last few weeks. It spends most of the time twitching its tail (faster than a wagtail) whilst sat on the fence.

After using the RSPB site, I have no conclusive ID on the bird. The nearest would be some kind of Warbler.

It is light brown all over with a red stripe running down either side of its tail.

Any help would be gratefully received.
