Not a very good photo, taken from a long way off through a car windscreen - any ideas? It had a distinct collar, could it be something like a bunting? Photo taken on bird feeders near Carsington Water.

That's great, never seen one before but they appear to be a regular at Carsington water. Better try and get a good photo next time!

I'd say female Reed Bunting - a male would be much blacker around the head and throat.
