| | | Rutland Water in March Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I am going to Rutland water in the middle of March, I know this is probably too early for the Ospreys, when do they normally arrive in Rutland? |

| | | Re: Rutland Water in March Many thanks, both links very useful, looking back over the years I will be going about a week too early, I did think we would be a little early, but holidays are hard to fit in at work. However we are off to Loch Garten in late April, so maybe then!! Still, Rutland water looks quite an exciting place to visit, and loads to see! so I am really looking forward to it! |

I used to live in nearby Oakham and Rutland was my regular place for dog walks at the weekends. There are plenty of other BoP to see, Kestrels, Buzzards, even Red Kites, so hope you have a great time there. |

Where I live we are lucky enough to have Red Kites all over, one regular one at around 11.30 each day!! | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
