Wink Green woodpeckers
I know everyone isnt as crazy re insects as I am, but I have just seen my Greenwoodpecker feeding on the meadow ant hills in my garden .Meadow ants keep to themselves and except when mating seem to spend most of the time underground and we hardly notice them .Another good reason to Go Wild !

These crazy birds are quite hard to spot, they seem to hide away from people. I can hear them all the time.
