| | | What should I do with these apples? After reading some of the threads on what to feed the birds I raided the cupboards & started following the new advice.
However, although the blackbirds & birds loved the soaked sultanas they haven't touched the quartered apples. (Hubbie was most disgusted that I'd sacrificed his lunchtime snacks & started muttering that the birds were eating better than him. I told him it was in a better cause than his stomach!)
Anyway, they're going a bit brown now should I leave the apples out to rot or should I remove them & try another variety (they were pink lady).
Thank you in advance

Janette | Wow a woman after my own heart, my hubby keeps saying the same, I get accused, frequently, that I feed the birds better than him! Having said that, they appreciate the food more than him! So, thanks for asking the question, I was about to ask for advice too
Then I did a double take at the name!
regards
Jeanette

No, seriously, leave them - they'll either be eaten by something or rot away eventually.
