Mini feed ride

With all the snowy and cold weather my mini feed rides have been working well. A few armfuls of straw with a mixture of seeds scattered on them and they have been alive with birds.
If they get covered with a fall of snow the Pheasants are continuously scratching about and keep them open for the smaller chaps.
There were hundreds using them today, such a joy to watch.

Well done Snake - if I weren't at home recovering from an accident, I'd be going out with feed bags too - it's an excellent idea - don't forget some apples if you can spare them!
