Bird ID please!!

There's a bird in my garden, roughly the size of a blackbird but with a dark bill, dark gray feathers with a reddish brown shine. The bird was aggressive towards blackbirds, redwing, but was fine around starlings.
I cannot find what this is. Anybody got a clue??

The behaviour suggests its a thrush (they tend not to bother with starlings compared to other thrushes). Could be a fieldfare?

Sounds like a Fieldfare to me as well, both from the plumage + behaviour descriptions. Also plenty currently turning up in gardens where they've never been seen before.
