Mistle Thrush & Song Thrushes?

I went for a walk today and found a field covered in thrushes.

Some of them look like Song Thrushes to me



However there was one which seemed to hold itself taller and more upright, a beautiful bird which I think might be a Mistle Thrush?

Hi Jane

Yes thats a mistle thrush. They have more rounded markings on their breast and sides where as a song thrushes breast markings are more like elongated arrow heads pointing upwards. Also the mistle thrush has white edging to its wing feathers when they are folded, you can see this in your last two pictures.
